Method of dispatch.
Insufficient or faulty delivery.
Normally all orders will be delivered to the address of the buyer. Delivery to a third party address will not be accepted unless specially agreed upon. If you like us to send your order to a third person (as a gift) please contact us by phone +47 55 93 46 00 or by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
. We will be happy to do so when agreed upon. (This is to avoid misuse of someone’s credit card).
Under normal circumstances we are aiming to ship your order within three working days. We ask for your understanding if we due to heavy workload, illness or others have to exceed this timeframe. For album or other accessories where we might be temporary out of stock, the delivery time might be longer as we need to refill our stock. In this case we will inform you by e-mail.
Method of dispatch.
Your order will normally be dispatched by post. Depending on volume, weight and value, your order will be sent as: normal letter, registered letter (if values exceed NOK 500,-), or as a “CarryOn Home Shopping” parcel.
Part delivery might occur in cases where we are out of stock for some items. You will normally be informed by e-mail. However, you will only be charged for postage once.
Insufficient or faulty delivery
If you find a delivery from us insufficient or have received an item not in accordance with your order, please contact us by phone: +47 55 93 46 00 or by e-mail: email@example.com
We will immediately try to send the missing item or correct the faulty delivery. For your, return of goods, see separate instruction.
If you are receiving a shipment from us which show sign of transport damages please take this up with your local Post office before accepting the delivery, or show it to your Post office if it has been delivered to your mail box.

to agree upon what to do next.
If, for any reason, one of our shipments are returned without claiming it from the Post office, and without agreed upon in advance with us, we will invoice you NOK 300,-. This will partly cover our cost for handling, packing, freight and return freight and our handling of return shipment.
