Shopping Guide. To be shopping in our web shop is very easy, most of you who have been in a web shop have this procedure in your fingers.
Here is a short guide line how to make a shopping tour: 1. How do I find the items I am looking for? 2. Where do I find the shopping chart? 3. How to fill the shopping chart. 4. Can I change the qty. or put the item back? 5. How do I send the order? 6. How do I pay? 7. Do I get an order confirmation? 8. Can I later see what I have ordered? 9. Can I leave the shopping cart without emptying it?
1. How do I find the items I am looking for? In the upper left corner you will find the “Menu”. The menu starts with “Special offers” down to “Miscellaneous”. If you are looking for a Norwegian 2 øre from the King Haakon VII period, you go to “Coins-Norway” and in the subcategory to the group “Norwegian Coins after 1874”. This you can select either in the menu to the left or by the subcategory with the picture of 1, 2 and 5 øre coins. Than you choose the subcategory “2 øre Haakon VII”. Here you will have the list of products, you can sort by date by clicking on Year on top line. When you have found your coin press “Buy”
2. Where do I find the shopping chart? The shopping chart is located in the upper right corner, visible in all pages.
3. How to fill the shopping chart. Ref. to Pt.1. When you have pushed “Buy” the item is placed in the shopping cart.
4. Can I change the qty. or put the item back? Yes, when you push “Go to shopping cart” you will open the chart and you will see the various items selected. You can here change the qty. or remove an item, and than you push “Update”. You can than either continue shopping or go to “Cashier”
5. How do I send the order? After finishing your shopping you go to the Shopping Cart and there push to “Cashier” You will than come first to the point for registration. If you are a Returning Customer you need only to right your e-mail and password, push “Log in” than you are in the “Delivery information”. Here you select shipping method and push “Continue” and you are entering the “Payment Information” where you can choose between several payment options, like credit card, PayPal, invoice enclosed, COD and advance payment. Than push “Continue” and you are in the “Order Confirmation”. Here you will have a list of items selected, prices and cost of shipping and handling. When all is found OK you push the “Confirm order” and your order has been sent.
6. How do I pay?
Ref. to Pt. 6. You are choosing the payment method when processing the order. 7. Do I get an order confirmation? Yes, shortly after you sent your order you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have received the order. Later, you will receive another e-mail telling you that now your order are “Processing”. When your order has been packed and delivered to the Post Office you will receive another e-mail, telling you that now your order has been sent. By this you will all the time know what is happening with your order.
8. Can I later see what I have ordered? Ref. to Pt. 6. When you are doing your order confirmation you will have a detailed specification of your last order before sending, Later on you will find all your previous orders listed in “My Account”, here you have them listed by date and no. and you can open each one for detail view.
9. Can I leave the shopping cart without emptying it? Yes, that is no problem. If you are a Returning Customer you can leave the shopping cart whenever needed and leave the shop. We will take care of your cart. Next time you are logging in you can continue to fill the cart until you decide to fulfil the order. If you are a first time customer, not yet registered, you are welcome to move around in the shop, picking items to the shopping cart. If you wish to fulfil the order you do as described in pt. 5. If you like to leave without making an order, just leave the cart and log out, we will do the rest, and you are welcome back.
