Payment methods

We are offering the following methods of payment, choose below the item you like to know more about.

    1.   Cash on delivery by Post (C.O.D.) (Only applicable for customers in Norway)

    2.   Advance payment.

    3.   Invoice enclosed. (Only applicable for customers in Norway)

    4.   Payment upon pickup in our shop. (Only applicable for local customers)

    5.   Payment by credit cards: VISA – MASTER-/EUROCARD – DINERS – AMERICAN EXPRESS.

    6.   Payment via PayPal.

    7.   Non payment, remainder.


  1. Cash on delivery by Post (C.O.D.) (only applicable for customers in Norway)

    As a new customer (first purchase) we prefer to send your order as C.O.D., if you do not like to pay by credit card. Later you might select C.O.D. as well. You are than paying upon picking up the shipment at your local Post office.

    C.O.D. can be used in special cases for expensive objects, in such cases you will normally be informed in advance.

    Additionally, a CarryOn Home Shopping parcel can be sent cash on delivery (C.O.D) to Denmark, Finland (incl. Åland) Sweden, Germany, Iceland, Faeroe Island and Greenland.

  2. Advance Payment.

    If you don't like to use a creditcard you might choose to prepay your order. We will than send you an invoice or contact you by phone or e-mail for payment instruction.

  3. Invoice enclosed. (Only applicable for customers in Norway)

    If you are a repeat customer and have received your customer card and customer number, you will than receive most of your orders with an invoice enclosed (see pt. 1), and you will have our standard 14 days payment period.

    We do hope you will respect our confidence and pay our invoice when falling due. If you are getting problem, please contact us by phone +47 55 93 46 00 or by e-mail: admin@myntogseddel.no to agree on an arrangement to avoid us using pt. 7.

  4. Payment upon pickup in our shop. (only applicable for local customers)

    If you are ordering through our net shop and intend to pick up the items yourself, this is the way to tell us.

  5. Payment by credit cards.

    We are accepting the following credit cards: VISA – MASTER-/EUROCARD – DINERS – AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX). This form of payment is the easiest and cheapest way to pay for you as a customer. Our net-shop is protected by a SSL-encrypted system for data transmission of sensitive information. You might therefore confidently send your card information via our payment system.

  6. Payment via PayPal.

    PayPal is an eBay company where you can register as a user with your own account. As a buyer this service is free. If you prefer to pay via PayPal we will send you a payment request via PayPal and you will receive an e-mail to accept and confirm our request. You might also pay without any request from us by using our e-mail address: post@myntogseddel.no

    We do hope one of these alternative methods of payment will suite you and we are looking forward receiving your payment.

  7. Non payment, remainder.

    Under pt. 3 above, we are giving you a 14 days credit. We do hope you are respecting this time for payment. By non payment we will first send you a remainder, and a fee of NOK 50,- will be added to the invoice amount. After the remainder the claim will be sent for collection. In this case the collection charges and interest will be added in accordance with the regulations.
