The reason for you to return the goods purchased can be:
You have changed your mind/regret the purchase and do not want to keep the received goods.
The goods received are damaged or has a defect.
You have received goods not ordered, or received a different goods from what you ordered.
YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND (REGRET YOUR PUTCHASE).
In accordance with the “Consumer Purchases Cancellation Act (Cooling-off period)” you have normally a 14- days cooling-off period with the right to repent your purchase. In such a case the goods has to be returned in the same condition as received, for a coin it has to be in the original packing.
According to the Act you have to cover the return postage yourself.
According to the Cancellation Act there is a form with specification to be filled and returned. However, from foreign customers we will accept an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, informing us your request to return the purchased goods.

THE GOODS RECEIVED ARE DAMAGED OR HAS A DEFECT.

YOU HAVE RECEIVED GOODS NOT ORDERED.
If you for any reason are receiving goods not ordered, please do not accept to receive it at the Post Office, and ask the Post Office to return the goods.
