We are doing our outmost to protect and secure your ordering through our web-shop and to make sure that you will be satisfied with your purchases. Personal informationIt is our responsibility to protect all your personal information, such as: your name, address, phone no, e-mail address and credit card information which is given to us when you are making your order.

When you are ordering from our web-shop, you are accepting that we are using this information the same way as if they were given to us through phone or e-mail. Such as, shipping your order to correct destination in accordance with your instruction, to collect payment and to enable us to send you future offer as part of our marketing. SecurityOur web shop is using a secure communication. Secure communication means we are using an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypted connection issued by Thawte Consulting to guarantee your correspondence with us over internet. When entering into our secured pages you will get a dialog box with information and a "lock icon" also showing at lower right on the status bar. This means that all the information you are sending us are encrypted, it can not be read or intercepted by other people. There is also a certificate showing this, see “SSL-certificate”
ReliabilityRights14 days full return right of all purchases - regardless of reason. Return right of any transport damaged item received. (Make sure the return packing is proper to avoid further damages). AuthenticityTo our best knowledge all item sold are genuine, otherwise this shall be indicated. If, for any reason the items you are receiving are not to your full satisfaction it can be returned and you will receive full refund if paid.
CancellationDelivery timeOur aim is to ship your order within 3 working days.

Follow your orderWhen you order through our web shop you will receive an e-mail confirming our receipt of your order. You will also receive the username and a password, which give you access to your account, where you can easily follow our handling of your order. Please note that the received info should be used for later orders, than all your orders will be stored in one account, which enable you to have full overview of all previous orders with details.
