Subscription Norwegian Souvenir Coinset (blisterpack)

Since 1998 "The Norway Mint" has issued Souvenir coinsets. This sets contains the same current coins as in the Classic set, but the packing is a blisterpack with pictures and text covering a certain theme every year. The text is writteh in Norwegian and English.

You are welcome to make a subscription for this set which today is named Souvenir Coinset.

Starting with the 2008 issue which cost NOK 185,-. This set will be sent you upon your order and next years issue will be sent as soon as it has been issued.

Since 1965 "The Norway Mint" has issued coinsets. The first years (1965 -67) these sets were made of soft plastic cover. From 1968 the sets were also issued in a hard plastic cassette. Until 1980 the coinsets were made in both hard and soft cover. Since 1981 it has been only the hard cover issued.
