This program will try to deliver one note from most of the countries which are not covered in the mail subscription program (201 countries). This is countries which do not excist today, have changed name or for other reason do not issue any notes today. here are 142 counries on the list. However some are unrealistic to find or the price will be outside the limit intended for this program.
