The Oval Office Collection, KENNEDY Half Dollar.
In 1964, just one year after John F. Kennedy's assasination, former chief engraver of the Mint, Gilroy Roberts, designed the obverse, and Frank Gasparro designed the reverse of the Kennedy Half Dollar. To honor thsi Countries Bicentennial, the reverse of this coin was redesigned by Seth G. Huntington, using Independence Hall as the design motif.
The set consist of 5 Kennedy Half Dollars.
