KING HARALD V, 70 YEARS
In comemoration of King Harald v's 70 years birthday the 21st february 2007, the Norwegian Mint has issued a very special set of coins, all minted on the day 21st february 2007.The set consist of 2007 dated 50 øre, 1 and 5 kroner in UNC and 10 and 20 kroner in BU and in addition a 32 mm diameter commemorative medal in ,925 silver, gold plated with ,999 gold. The coins and the medal is sealed with a security seal, guaranteeing that the coins are issued this day. The sets are individually numbered and delivered in a wooden box with certificate.
Mintage: 2007 sets.
In connection with the Millennium DKM issued a coinset dated 2000 with a gold copy of the first Norwegian coin - a penning from Olav Trygvason (year 995). This set is in a wooden box.Mintage: 2000 individual numbered sets.
