This decorative frame was issued by Norges Banks Banknote printer in connection with issuing the new (7th issue) series of 50-kroner notes in 1997. Here is both sides of the note shown. The first notes put into sirculation was printed in 1996.The no. of the note is the same as the no. on the picture (ends with 0046)
